- appointing and dismissing members of the Management Board and its president, - validating any change in the Group’s structures and in the structure of its capital, - The Supervisory Board is responsible for the verification, management and regular examination of the Group’s accounts, which are submitted to it by the Management Board. It approves major investments and considers all decisions of a strategic nature. Following these checks, the Supervisory Board drafts a report which is communicated to the shareholders at the Annual General Meeting.
