If we are to improve the quality of life of disabled people, we must improve the quality of their integration into society. This is why Darty is committed to employing disabled people on an ongoing basis.
How? Firstly by encouraging employees to understand and/or recognise their disabilities and supporting them in this process. New employees are also notified of Darty's policy in this respect when joining the company.
Darty's commitment is not only expressed through its recruitment of disabled people and the provision of adapted workstations, but also by raising awareness of this policy among carers and supporters of disabled people.
Lastly, Darty entrusts some of its printing and maintenance work to organisations providing sheltered employment.
