Dear visitor,
The first Darty store opened more than 50 years ago in the east of Paris, Porte de Montreuil. Today, the Darty Group is the leading electricals retailer in France, with more than 200 stores and the darty.com.
Our philosophy from the very beginning, is to deliver high value to our customers. Our best possible answer to customer needs is the Contrat de Confiance, our formal pledge through which we simultaneously commit to every day low price, great choice and, of course, relevant service. Darty Services are delivered by our own teams, in order to make sure we meet our quality standards, and today, more than 3.500 people within the company are exclusively dedicated to after sales services. We recently decided to go one step further. Back in novembre 2006, we launched our own high speed Internet, telephone and digital television provider service, named DartyBox, and since 2007, we install fully equipped kitchens at customers homes, a service which is now available in 20 dedicated kitchen showrooms in Darty stores throughout France.
